Positive Women Network (PWN+) is an All-India network of HIV positive women, focused on improving the quality of life of women and children living with HIV/AIDS. We support one another, fight for our rights, and sensitize society about our needs. We build capacities, increase access to rights, develop partnerships and advocate for programme and policy change.
More about PWN+
How it started
In 1995, 20-year old Kousalya learns she is HIV+ because of her marriage. In response, she fights her family, a male-dominated social order and the infection, emerging as a voice for HIV+ women.
